How do we use a new webhost for our url?

We have an account through webstarts.com for a new webpage with the url: http://www.21stcenturyglobalmissions.com. We want to be able to use this url, but your support said that if we delete our wordpress domain, we can never use the url again. How can we put our new site from webstarts.com onto 21stcenturyglobalmissions.com? We no longer wish to have our site through wordpress online. Thank you for your help.

You can direct your custom domain name to your new host by updating the nameservers. We have some details on this in our support docs. Your new host can let you know the nameserver values you need to use.

Thanks for your help. We did the first two steps, but I couldn’t see the Nameservers button described in step 3. Then, what do we type in on step 4 to allow the other webpage to go through?

You’ll need to check the domain first, then the nameservers button should appear above it.
You’ll need to ask your hosting provider for their nameservers to enter at step 4.

Sorry, but I realize that I didn’t do step 1 correctly. I couldn’t find where to click for “Domain Administration.” When I go to Store > Domain after logging in, it has the name of the url with a bullet point by it. I assumed I did what I had to do for step 1, but I wondered why I couldn’t “check the box” in step 2. I guess I never made it to the point that step 2 describes. Where do I find the “Domain Administration” to change the password?
