How do we use our fbchalls.com email with ACS technologies to send mass emails?

  We are trying to use our email that is tied to the domain with the ACS technologies program and it does not work. They say the problem is in the domain. How can we fix this?

  After looking into your account, I found that you added custom DNS for your email. Is it still not working? Here’s a support guide with more information:
