How do you actually contact WordPress?
-
Just paid nearly $100 with the promise I would get email support, not a community forum. Website I am trying is not working as it’s covered by a giant black box so I can’t make any edits to anything to even begin working on the site and I can’t click on the giant black box blocking everything to do anything with it. Now, there is no email listed anywhere to ask for help from them when they said this came with email support. I don’t even see where to request a refund since they aren’t offering me what they said they would since I can’t even find an email to reach them. I am so aggravated right now. Even with this post, it gives me an endless loop telling me how to email them, but when I follow their directions, it does nothing but open up this window where I’m typing.
