How do you actually use Google ?

Okay, again, this might sound really stupid, but does anyone actually know how to use Google+? Does anyone really use it? How does it work?
How do you publicize a Google+ page?So far FB pages seem straightforward to me but Google+, is not, and I want to amplify my reach as much as possible, so I need to know.

That said, some of us do teach workshops and offer consulting on issues like G+. Not for free, though.

Ha, there’s a lot YOU could teach me. I get the social media thing, though. Been teaching it since 2002, when it was just called “New Media.”
I’m getting glasses for Christmas. For long, complex reasons, I need them before I can get a passport. I’ve only been trying to leave this country for six months now, but I’m getting closer.
