How do you add a plugin?

I would like to add a plugin to block the use of the right-click in order to protect copying the photos I post in my blog. I am using the free version of wordpress and I unsure if I am able to use plugins in this version. If there is a way, I would appreciate the how-to!

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install pluings, or upload third-party themes, or edit templates or themes. Those plugins and themes found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

If you want to have a blog you have FTP access to, plugins and/or want to install themes into then you will need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
