How do you add categories

    When I try to edit various blog posts to add categories, there is no way to do so.

    When I am in the ‘edit post’ page, there is a box for “Categories”, but all it lists is “uncategorized”. There is no menu for me to choose from.

    Within the “Categories” box there is “All categories” and “most used”, but both list only “uncategorized”

    And when I attempt to add a category, it asks for for me to choose a “parent category”, but the only parent category available in the drop-down menu is “uncategorized”
