Typically you need a wordpress plugin for tynt to correctly show since it uses a script. You may shoot support an email and see if this is something they would consider.

How to make whos amung us online button not clickable -
Re: whosamungus (non-javascipt version)
Here are the instructions for wordpress.com bloggers and others who require HTML only (non-JavaScript) widgets: Small widgets are currently embeddable in hosted WordPress blog but nearly all features including the visitor map will still work.1. Email the whosamungus site to get the HTML (non-javacript) code you require for the button. http://whos.amung.us/contact/general/
2. Log into your wordpress.com blog and go to -> Dashboard ->Appearance -> Widgets. Drag a Text Widget out of the Available Widgets box and drop it into in the sidebar box in the position you want it to appear in the sidebar.
3. In the larger space below the title for the Text widget paste in the code you copied.
4. Click “Save” and the “Close”. -
