How do you add widgets to the top of the 2011 theme

    How do i add more widgets in the black box under the main heading picture in the 2011 theme? When i try and customize there is no option to add widgets right there. I love the look of having everything neatly laid out at the top of the blog.

    Hi there!

    That bar is the custom menu. It does not hold widgets. You can add menu items to it through your dashboard at Appearance > Menus. Here’s some more information about custom menus:
