How do you cancel the payment for automatic redirect?

How do you cancel automatic redirect? I went under store, domain and tried to delete the automatic redirect there, but it wouldn’t let me saying I do not have permission to do this (I am the same user that signed up for this service). Will deleting the blog cancel the payment for automatic redirect?

Hello there my current website is caribtorch.com, it used to be islandpen.com. When I changed I enabled redirect and “Transfer to another site”
I clicked both these options, now I can’t access the islandpen dashboard and the islandpen.wordpress.com pages are online.
How do I resolve this? -

I get this message:

In order to access the blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question.
