How do you change a user's role from "viewer" to "contributor"?

  Hi,

  I would like to change the a user’s role from “Viewer” to “Contributor” – how do I go about doing that? Is it even possible?

  I think you need to send them a new invitation to be a Contributor

  Yes, that’s right. A viewer does not show up on the list of users as described in the support article I linked to. Sorry, I didn’t realize that until I just tried it.
