How do you change hyperlink based on location

I’m setting up some affiliate links and I would like to direct people to their countries specific website for this, e.g. amazon.ca amazon.com or amazon.co.uk. I have found a plugin that would allow me to do it but at a rather high cost, are there any free good solutions?
