How do you change name of my blog?

  I am new to WordPress. I want to change the name of my blog from “Paramendra’s Blog” to “Paramendra’s Blog: Make Money Online.” Where do I go on the Dashboard to do that? I’m sure I am going to feel stupid after I get the answer. It must be obvious. But I have not figured out on my own. Thanks.
