How do you change ownership of and update a blog?

I need to upgrade the domain mapping, and transfer ownership of sandiegopizzacompany.com to its rightful owner. There is no option under Store > Domains to do the upgrade and there is no way to change the role of sandiegopizzacompany to “owner” under Users > All Users. Please help me get this done.

Add the correct owner to the list of users and promote them to Admin (safest but not required)
Dashboard >> My Blogs >> Mouse over the blog name and select Transfer – follow the directions
To transfer the Upgrades to another user you will need staff help – I will flag this for the staff to help – they are a bit backed up at this point so please be patient – they work requests from oldest to newest
what account do you want the blog and upgrades to be transferred to?

I’d be happy to transfer ownership of the blog to a new admin user if you’d like. Please post the username of the WordPress.com user who should own that blog, and I can take care of that for you.
It looks like there’s a different user who currently owns the domain upgrade for sandiegopizzacompany.com, which looks like it could be a different WordPress.com account of your own. If you can log in and post in this thread under that username to authorize the upgrade transfer (and note which admin user on the site should now own that upgrade, I would be happy to take care of that as well.
