how do you change twitter and facebook for separate group posts

I have 2 groups on Word Press, and on Twitter and Facebook. WordPress has locked in twitter with one group, and facebook with the other group, when attempting to send through posts, therefore, the posts are going through to the wrong groups. How do you change the twitter and facebook address on WordPress, so that the correct post goes to the correct twitter account and the correct facebook account please?

You can use RSS Graffiti. RSS Graffiti periodically checks the RSS/Atom feeds that you specify and posts any new entries it finds to the Facebook Walls that you specify. You can get any feed written on any wall (Facebook Profiles, Fan Pages, Groups, Events and Application Profile Pages). In fact, multiple feeds to multiple walls. You choose the combination. http://apps.facebook.com/rssgraffiti/As far as multiple Twitter accounts go then as long as Publicize is automatically publishing to one account, you can just sign in manually and do the posting yourself to the other.

Thanks, the sticky post didn’t say ‘stick this post to the fron page’, it just said sticky post yes or no, but I can see I did the right thing by ticking yes.
Can wordpress be amended so that it shows up each twitter and facebook log in, so that we can choose which wall they are sent to.
When we blog onto WordPress, it shows up both accounts for me, and lets me click which WordPress account/blog I want the post to go to.
