  how do you contact customer service to delete my site when my contract has been renewed without my permission. Why do they make it so hard to talk to a department and why the fuck should i as a customer need to go to a public forum to get some simple advice. the idea of using paypal to renew a contract and then making it so difficult to contact a human being at WP is sharp practice.

  If you have paid upgrades, you have several contact options outside of the forums including e-mail and live chat:

  I do not see any upgrades under the account you have contacted us from, however. Is there another account you are referring to? To confirm ownership, post here under that account and I’d be happy to assist you in any issue you may have, including disabling auto renew under your account or issuing a full refund.
