How do you create a pop up window of text when hovering cursor over text?

  We would like our viewers to see text (up to a paragraph of text) in a pop-up window when their cursor hovers over highlighted text. We do not want them to have to go to a linked site.

  Thanks for getting in touch. There isn’t a way to create this type of pop-up on WordPress.com sites. You could link to external content or add a blurb of text in your sidebar with a text widget but there isn’t a way to have it pop-up on mouseover.
