How do you create an ordered list of categories and subcategories?

  I recently created the subcategories ‘Genre’, ‘Structure’ and ‘Exposition’ which belong to the category ‘Screenwriting’. However, when you view them in the Categories list, they all appear in alphabetical order, rather than as a staggered list – like this:

  Film
  Screenwriting
  Exposition
  Genre
  Structure

  How can I create a list which is something more like the one above?

  Appearance > Widgets: open the Categories widget, select the option “Show hierarchy”, save.
