How do you create "read more" or "older posts" button for static front page?

  Hi, I am using the Twenty Ten Child Theme and using static front page on the home page.

  On the page text box, I have the shortcode, [ic_add_posts showposts=’3′] to display three recent posts. And on the Setting -> Reading, I have also selected 3 for “Blog pages show at most.”

  My question is, is it possible (without changing the theme) to create an “older posts” or “next” button on that static front page for visitors to click on, so that they can be lead to rest of my posts?

  I want to only display three latest updated posts, but also would like to have the option for people to click on “read more” or “older posts” button to look at rest of the past posts.

As https://stofficeseoul.wordpress.com/ is empty and running the Twenty Thirteen theme, I’m assuming you’re talking of a self-hosted WordPress.org site, the URL of which you didn’t provide, which also means you’re in the wrong forum.   As I suspected, http://www.stofficeseoul.ch/ is a self-hosted site, so we really can’t help you with it here as self-hosted sites work completely differently than the WordPress.com sites for which we provide support here.
