how do you delete a category title?

please can you tell me how to delete a category heading ?
I have moved everything out of that category into another heading and now want to delete the old unused/no longer needed category heading. How do I delete it please?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to this page (can be access from WP Admin > Posts > Categories):
https://phoenixrainez.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=categoryIt will list all your categories. Hover over the one you want to delete and the option to do so will show up.
