How do you delete a (just one) category from the Category Widget?

    I entered a new category into the Category widget but was later unhappy with the way I worded it so I now want to delete it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Just delete the Category in the Posts >> Category area – when the Category goes away it will not be in the Widget – or go to the Posts and remove that Category from each Post – if there are no Posts attached to a Category the Category will not show up in the Category Widget
