How do you delete a post and do it over?

My first blog post came out wrong I want to delete it and retext,how do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t have to delete the post. You can edit it by going to Dashboard -> Posts -> All Posts and clicking on the post title.
If you’d rather delete it and start over altogether, you can instead hover your mouse over the title and click Trash.
