How do you do Self hosting?

  I am trying to make my blog self hosted, but I dont know how to do it or install WordPress.org to make my blog self hosted. Can someone help me how to install wordpress.org and make it a self hosted site? please help

  I need more of a step by step direction because i am still lost. please a step by step directions to make a self-host blog like http://wweadam.com like that. please help some more
