How do you edit the Homepage if you did other pages first?
-
I did a second page before doing my home page, and now I can’t figure out how to edit my homepage. I don’t want to dump the entire site. How do I get to the homepage – it doesn’t show in the Administrative page: http://yitzchakadin.wordpress.com. And, changing the url for the other pages doesn’t work – I just get home3….
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello from Hillsboro, your neighbor. This sounds like a cool project.
In the Administration Panels, go to Settings > Reading and check to see if you have set the “Front page displays” to “Your latest posts” or “A static front page.” If the latter, you have the name of the front page Page or post in the list. If the former, then you created a post and it is displaying on the front of the site as it should on most sites.
Go to Posts and find that post to edit it.
Don’t dump the site. Everything is fixable. No worries.
I also recommend finding the local WordPress Meetup, which I happen to know is the Portland WordPress Meetup (Portland, OR) – Meetup, and we are starting a Westside group (Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, etc.) in the next month that will be announced on that site. They meet regularly and there are many helpful WordPress folks there that will surely assist you with your site. We’re just a helpful bunch all around.
Thanks.
