How do you edit to remove or reduce the border of an image in WordPress 3.9.2?

    How do you edit images to remove or reduce borders in WordPress 3.9.2? In earlier versions of WordPress I could specify the point size of the border or set it at “0” to remove the border altogether. there does not seem to be this facility in the current version.

    Please understand that WordPress encompasses several different platforms, among them are wp.COM and wp.ORG.

    wp.COM is constantly changing so we operate on a platform witch has no version number. When you ask about “WordPress 3.9.2” then it is clear that you are paying someone to host your site and are using wp.ORG software.
