How do you embed an Adobe Flash Player Video in a post?

  Long story short: I’d like to insert an Adobe Flash Player video (the video itself, not just a link to it) in a post. The source is ABC News.

  I’ve looked around the forums and I’m a fraid I’m a bit out of my depth on this. I can insert a YouTube video as easily as the next guy, but I’m not seeing how to do the same thing with an Adobe Flash Player video.

  I appreciate any help with this!

  Vodpod is asking me for an embed code. All I’m findng is a URL for the video and that doesn’t work.

  I’d ask vodpod support how to embed ABC news videos then – since it’s the only way you’ll be able to embed a flash vid on wordpress.com

  Not all network videos are embeddable. Some of them only want you to link to them, so they get more hits.

  How about some way to save the video on my hard drive and then upload it? I tried KeepVid. Didn’t work.

  I would advise you to try Google for that. No idea.
