How do you ensure your domain doesn't become a 'parked page'? per termsofservice

I just read this in the terms of service and don’t fully understand it. How do you make sure your domain does not become a parked page?: Default Domain Name Settings. When you register a domain name with us, you or we will also set up your domain name settings. In some cases, if your domain name is not directed away from our name servers, we will direct your domain name to a parked page (“Parked Page”).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

buy domain mapping to a blog here or set the name servers to a host that you have set up hosting at for that name

ah I am tech-challenged…thank you for the response! I will have to figure out exactly what that means.

here is how to do domain mapping – that should help a bit
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
domain mapping is when your-kool-site.com is mapped and shows up in the browser address window and it displays for instance the content on your site: erinkmac.wordpress.com.
my name here is linked to a domain mapped site – you don’t see the base site (captnmike.wordpress.com) when you visit
