How do you find support? Where do I search for the answers? Here by roundabout

    This support process is confusing. When and where do I look for the answer. Do I just keep checking my email. How do you find support easily? I always have to click on the magnifying glass, then erase my search option because it searches for the question on my blog (where it’s not located) by attaching the search to my blog name. Then I get to support in a round about way. Always.
