How do you find the newest themes now?

Until recently you could look for the newest themes by clicking on the link at the bottom of the home page, but this has now changed so you get the standards Staff Picks, trending etc interface. The trouble with this is it often brings up old (and sometimes unresponsive themes) and each time you load it you get a different assortment. I work (for free) with a number of other organisations who I have created WordPress sites for and often want discussions with them about the different theme options and new themes that have just been introduced. Trying to find them has now become really difficult. Can’t we have the Newest theme option back, please? I know you email about ‘Theme Thursday’ but I’ve found that this is often after a theme has been introduced and it’s not always convenient to run through weeks of emails to try to remember the latest themes, especially when you’re sitting in somebody else’s office using their WP account.
