How do you format posts similar to the top half of this website (148apps.com)??

  Hello,

  I am a beginner, but learning quickly. I am using headway. There may be a widget to solve this, but how would I go about making small blog posts (for me, reviews of android apps) with a thumbnail size picture and then a title, rating and excerpt right next to it? similar to 148apps.com.

  also im not sure how to make the smaller posts be in 2 collumns. If anyone could help me with any of these issues it would be greatly appreciated!
