How do you get a hold of someone who actually works at WordPress?

    I need to contract wp.com support without using the forum because my question involves personal/financial information.

    And actually that information is not correct – it isn’t carriecuinn.com that I need help with.

    The process of actually getting someone at WP to correct a mistake is very difficult. They obviously want to make it as hard as possible to contact them. No support contact form, even though their pages say they have one. No listed email or phone number. I’m trying to get in touch with someone regarding billing/financial info, so posting in the forums won’t help me at all.
