How do you get a refund?

I would like a refund for a site I can’t access. The payment went out for http://www.thinkfirstcomms.com and I can’t log-in. Already tried everything, and your records will show I haven’t logged in. I have changed my password but it won’t accept any of my saved usernames and won’t let me log in with my email. and when I have successfully logged into the @reduitblue account, it says there’s no financial history. I just need to get my money back now as there’s clearly no solution to actually using my website. I also want to know how I move my domain name without access to my account,

I would still like to know if a refund if possible – I’m in the site now, but as the payment has just gone out, if I cancelled now, is a refund possible?
