Hi there,
One thing to be aware of is that the theme you are using on wildlarkstrategies.com (Hemmingway Rewritten) was released before we had a block editor on WordPress.com.
When the block editor was released, we also released a new set of themes with it to take advantage of the capabilities it provided. For our legacy themes we made sure they also have compatibility with the block editor as well, but because of the way they are coded some block options (such as full width display) are not possible.
That is the case here, where the Hemingway Rewritten theme, due to the way it is coded, is not able to use the full width option on blocks. To do that I would recommend switching to a different theme, one that was written with the block editor in mind.
You may wish to consider this theme, which is similar to what you have now, but will allow you to create layouts using the full width block option: https://wordpress.com/theme/rockfield/
Hope this helps!
