How do you get new blog posts to be sent to Facebook automatically

  I would like to avoid duplication and link the blog posts on our wordpress account to Facebook, so that new entries will be posted on FB as well.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress has the Publicize feature which will do just that and more.
