How do you get presentation shortcode to work?

My presentation shortcode doesn’t work properly on my eventbrite multi event theme.
This is what I’m trying to test but it gives me a presentation window with no slides and no text.[presentation width="550" height="410"]
[slide]Hello[/slide]
[slide]Welcome[/slide]
[/presentation]The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I had a similar problem with a new page that I am producing. I referred to http://en.support.wordpress.com/presentations/. The presentation shortcode was working great, but not the slide shortcode. How did I write it? I tried the following slide shortcodes, like in comment forms and audio tags:
[presentation width=600 height=600 duration=2 transition="none" scale=1 fade="on" bgcolor=#000000]
[slide id="12"]
[slide <img src="http://weavergrace.com/etc.">]
[slide http://weavergrace.com/etc.%5D
[/presentation]Finally, this worked:
[slide]<img src=”https://weavergrace.com/etc.” />[/slide]I hope that this experience will justify someone editing the webpage for presentations.

I just tried what you said and it still just gives me the presentation window with no slides, can’t even scroll to a next slide.
I suppose they just don’t work on my eventbrite multi-event theme because I did try it with success on another theme. Since then I’ve given up on getting it to work on my blog. Can’t find any help about it!
