How do you get the 'cancel and refund' option to work on a bundle purchase?

I’m trying to cancel and request a refund for a bundle purchase that I made last night. This is well within the 30-day refund period. When I cancelled my upgrade it was immediately removed, but when I cancel my bundle nothing is happening. It says I’ll receive an email shortly with a confirmation link but I haven’t received an email. How long does this usually take?

If you’ve followed the instructions here for canceling a bundle http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle and it didn’t work, then you should be able to contact Support directly via the contact form. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
