how do you get to "Settings"?

  says that the “settings” page is where everything is controlled — but but How Do You Get To The Settings Page??? It is nowhere to be found on this page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to your blog’s Dashboard, and Settings is the last tab on the left side of the page.

  There are two “settings” you could be referring to.

  1. Dashboard far left hand side column bottom section “settings” see the dropdown menu.

  2. http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/
