How do you I change a name, e.g. "www.yelp.com" to "here"?

  For exampe, instead of writing “or you can also check more information on restaurants at http://www.yelp.com”, I want it to appear as “or you can also check more information on restaurants here–where here is bolded and underlined, and people can click on it as the link.

  What is it called when you provide links to certain words or phrases so the reader can choose to click on it for additional info? For example:

  “We just returned from a road trip in Vancouver, BC (and I would like to highlight Vancouver BC and provide links about it), etc.
