How do you import posts from one wordpress blog into another wordpress blog?

  I have exported some posts from one of my blogs and have tried to import them into another. It has now been over 24 hours since my first attempt and it stated to contact support if it had been over 24 hours.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
