How do you insert photos?

I am trying to set up my page like the Cubic example page but I can’t figure out how to put my own photographs in or where I need to go to do this

The sidebar 2 widget (in Cerano theme) has disappeared and relocated to the bottom of my blog pages. What do I need to do to get this widget back to its original and intended spot?

lowcountryfelicitylife – a dropped sidebar is often caused by malformed HTML in a post or text widget. Here’s a troubleshooting guide for this sort of thing:

carolineeburdett – are you all set? To get Cubic looking like the demo, you need to add a featured image to each post. That image will get pulled into the grid on the blog page.
Look for the featured image upload box on each post.
