    How do you insert URL links to each image in a photo gallery?

    This is the page I am working on: https://cultureofoneworld.org
    See each one of those images in the gallery? I would like someone to click on an image which will direct she or he to a specific page in the site. I am using DOT COM. The only solution I can find (Custom Links) is a plugin. Distressingly, WordPress does not offer this plugin for Premium Upgraders like me.
