How do you install a pre-made theme?

  Hello, I purchased the personalized CSS thinking I could simply install a theme and alter it to my needs. I was wondering how you install a theme? I’ve looked up guides, and it’s not the same user interface to install them. Also, I was wondering if I just install them, would the personalized CSS be pointless?

  I don’t know much at all CSS, but I am somewhat familiar with HTML.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That feature is only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
