How do you limit memberships in purchasing limited orders.

    How do you limit memberships in purchasing limited orders.
    So for example, I want Bronze membership to purchase any 2 items of the orders only per month. Silver membership able to purchase 5 items only for per month. How do you make it like that? It is stressing me out alot. Please help me. I am a beginner so if it is a script I need a step by step steps and same with wordpress dashboard thingy also. Please help me.
