How do you link to a word doc on a page?

I can not figure out how to upload a word doc on my pages with all the changes. Please help!

First before you upload ensure you have the latest & greatest flash installed (see the stickies at the top of the forum)
The how-to:
“Write” a post/page – at the Visual Editor, above all of color coded options, are other options in grey. They are listed right before the word “Visual” on the bar called “Add media”.
Choose the star looking item, that is the closest to the word “Visual”. You’ll probably be pretty familiar from there if you’ve uploaded before.
