How do you locate someone to design a personal blog site?

  I’m sure this question has been asked before but I’d like to personalize my blog space and make it more my own. How do you find someone to help with this? Thanks.

  you could just learn CSS and do it yourself, and if you run into trouble then ask here in the forum and we MIGHT be able to help you out. CSS isn’t hard, I learned the basics in a couple days though that required that I only sleep 4 hours each day :/

  These forums do not facilitate hiring someone to do CSS, although there are some very talented people around. Mostly you’re on your own. If you go off this forum and hire someone else, be sure they’re aware of the difference between designing CSS for WordPress.com’s Sandbox theme and doing normal WordPress design. They’re quite different.
