  how do you make a contact page for (theme) twenty eleven?

  Howdy!

  First, you can create a Page called Contact (or something else along those lines). Do this by clicking Pages → Add New in your site’s Dashboard.

  Then, on that page, you’ll add a contact form. Instructions can be found in this link:
