    how do you make a sticky show a thumbnail photo on the homepage?

    Hello,

    For the thumbnail to show up, the image needs to be added as a Featured Image, not added directly into the body of the post as it is now.

    To add an image as the Featured Image, edit the post, and then find the Featured Image box on the bottom right of the screen. Setting the Featured Image should be pretty straightforward from there, but for reference here’s our support documentation about it:
