It looks like you were able to change the color of your text within your latest post so it seems like you were able to figure this out. With regards to the Visual Editor, you can access that through the toggle at the top of the editor shown here:

As she explained, your site is already mobile-friendly. You do not need to do anything to make it easy to read on mobile devices.
