How do you make phone numbers clickable when viewing my site on smart phone?

  Hi there, I am using wordpress motif theme with added custom design. I would like my phone numbers on the contact page to be clickable (ie call up when clicked on) when viewed on a mobile phone browser. The UK phone numbers are currently in this format: 01926 419967 / 07479 284597

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  You’ll need to enter them in the following format:

  <a href="tel:1-847-555-5555">1-847-555-5555</a>

  The first part (after “href”) is what prompts the phone to dial the number. Can you give that a try?
