How do you make the home page visible?

    A friend and I just published our blog http://bright-and-balanced.com/ and everything has been working well except for the home page. When we try to share the website link on Facebook, it shows up with a message underneath saying, “protected blog.” However, if they just copy and paste the url into a browser, it’ll take them directly to the website without any issues. The problem is that we don’t people to think that they’re sharing a protected blog with their friends because that message is attached with it. I’m not sure if this has to do with the home page being private, but of course I don’t know how to fix that since our home page isn’t a static page and I can’t access it from “visibility.” Any help would be appreciated!
