How do you make the slide show appear on home page?

    I want to create a scrolling slideshow of images on my homepage, as seen on this website here: http://mirhardwood.wordpress.com/

    How do you do this? I followed all of instructions: I went to “appearance”, “theme options”, “featured panel”. I enabled feature panel. I created a featured tag called, “featured”. I then created a post and tagged it as “featured” and uploaded a feature image. I pushed “published” and there is no slideshow on my front page… can you explain?
